
Working Principle
The smoke enters the venturi through the chimney, and it is evenly sprayed with water at the entrance to the throat. As the smoke moves at a high rate, the water being sprayed melts into a small water mist and moist material in the flue gas. Thus, ash and water drop collided and condensed. In particular, dust with a small material diameter can be dissolved in the water mist. Achieve the first dust removal and desulfurization, which are fully prepared to separate the ash and then enter the cylinder, and the smoke, which quickly lowers the temperature, continues to affect the lime water in the pool. The cohesion effect is immersed in the bottom of the water to complete the second desulfurization process. The water flower caused by the flue gas, the water mist and the washed flue gas are under the influence of the traction force of the fan, and the gas and water are raised at the same time, so that the flue gas and lime water fully react. The gas and water are then separated by the impeller cleaner and the water flows into the pool through the drainage pipe. And the flue gases complete the third dust removal and desulfurization, and the purified gas is discharged into the atmosphere through a fan.
