Working principle

The wet electric dust collector directly sprays water mist onto the diverting electrodes and corona areas. Interception, adsorption and condensation jointly play the role of capturing dust particles. The leaking water washes the trapped dust into the ash ladle to drain it into the water.

Since the physical characteristics of fog and dust droplets are different, the principle of their operation will be different accordingly. The best location of the wet electric dust collector, which is terminal equipment for fine processing of complex pollutants in coal-fired power plants, is between wet desulfuration and the chimney.

 

 

The water resistance is relatively small. After the water droplets are combined with the dust, the resistivity of the high resistivity dust is reduced, so the working state of wet electrostatic dust removal will be more stable: again, since the wet electrostatic dust collector is washed with water flow, there is no vibration device, so that the secondary dust will not be generated, The wet electric dust collector will be anti-acid mist toxic heavy metals, and PM10 fine dust, especially PM2.5, have a good removal effect. Therefore, the wet electric dust collector can be used to control the SO3 acid mist of the power plant, and also has the prospect of joint removal of toxic heavy metals.
