Introduction
Plastic plate dust removal technology is an international advanced, mature, ultra-low emission, reliable technology, which is gradually widely used in various industries. The plastic plate dust collector uses a unique wavy filter with a plastic firing plate instead of traditional fabric bags. The plastic firing plate filter element has full hydrophobicity, anti-static resistance, acid resistance, moisture resistance, wear resistance, long filter time and long service life, under some operating conditions, its service life is more than 10 times the service life of the fabric bag. Plastic board not only has high dust removal efficiency, but also has a long service life: the service life of domestic plastic board is 7-8 years, and the service life of imported plastic board is more than 10 years.
Working principle
Gas containing dust first enters the cabinet from the entrance to the plate plates of the dust collector. When the gas passes through the outer surface of the plate plate, the dust in the gas remains on the surface of the plastic plate (surface filter), the gas through the inner cavity of the plate plate to the gas cleaning tank (deep filtration), the purified gas exits through the outlet to remove dust. The dust remaining on the surface of the plate plate is sprayed with compressed air equipped with a pulse valve and drive into the cavity of the plate plate through a spray tube. Due to the strong back-blowing effect, dust collected on the outer surface of the plate is exposed. The dust falls layer by layer and then falls into the bucket.
