Introduction

Mechanism of work
1. Filtration principle:
A dust collector with a long bag and a low-pressure pulse filter comes from the air intake. When passing through the ash bucket, some of the large dust particles in the gas are separated by the force of inertia and falls directly into the ash bucket. After the dust-containing gas passes through the ash ladle, it enters the filtration area of the filter bag, the gas passes through the filter bag, and the dust is blocked on the outer surface of the filter bag. After the purified gas enters the top box through the opening of the filter bag, it is discharged from the outlet.
2. Cleaning principle:
With the increase of the filtration time with the long bag and the low-pressure pulse dust collector, the dust layer on the filter bag continues to accumulate, and the resistance of the dust removal equipment continues to increase. When the resistance of the equipment rises to a set value, the ash cleaning device begins to clean. The electromagnetic pulse valve opens and the compressed air expands rapidly in the upper box in a very short time, pours into the filter bag, expands and deforms to cause vibration, and sticks to the outer surface of the bag filter under the action of the backflow. The dust peels off and falls into the ash bucket. After the ash was removed, the electromagnetic pulse valve was closed and the chamber returned to normal filtration state. Each ash cleaning chamber is carried out in turn, starting with the first chamber and ending with the next gray cleaning.
3. Dust collection:
The dust, which has been removed after being filtered and cleaned from the ash, enters the ash bucket and the ash bucket is released through a plate valve and an air drainage valve. It will then be removed by the conveyor.
