Introduction
Single dust collector, dust collector is a small air cleaning equipment with high dust removal efficiency. It is suitable for various independent dust production points, flexible and convenient, collecting dust on site and processing on site, which can effectively ensure the cleanliness of the air. The main structure consists of a dust collector body, a centrifugal fan, a filter cartridge (filter cartridge), a dust collector and a microcomputer controller. Dust is sucked from the inside of the dust collector through the suction line, using gravity and the updraft of the air. First, the filter filters and directly falls on the dust collector. The pure gas is filtered and decomposed and cleaned by the filter element of the filter and enters the clean chamber so that the fan is discharged from the outlet. The whole dust removal and filtration process is the result of a combined effect such as gravity, inertia force, collision, electrostatic adsorption and filtration.

Scope of application
The DMC pulsed single-machine dust collector consists of bunkers, upper boxes, lower boxes and other parts, and the upper, lower and lower boxes are a detachable structure. During operation, gas containing dust enters the ash bucket from the air intake, and large dust particles enter directly into the bottom of the ash bucket. Small dust particles enter the middle and lower boxes with air flow. Dust accumulates on the outer surface of the filter bag, and the filtered gas enters the upper box. The body enters the pipe-the exhaust channel for cleaning the gas and is discharged into the atmosphere through the exhaust fan. The process of clearing the ash consists of first disconnecting the duct at the outlet of the chamber, so that the cloth bag in the chamber is in a state without the passage of airflow (the sub-chamber is stopped to clean the dust). Then open the pulse valve to use compressed air for pulse spraying and ash removal. The closing time of the shut-off valve is sufficient to ensure that the dust removed from the filter bag after injection settles in the ash bin, avoiding dust after being detached from the surface of the filter bag, and then together with the air flow attached to the surface of the adjacent filter bag. And the programmable pulse regulator fully controls the exhaust valve, pulse valve and ash discharge valve.
Features of the process
The pure gas is filtered and decomposed and cleaned by the filter element of the filter and enters the clean chamber so that the fan is discharged from the outlet. The whole dust removal and filtration process is the result of a combined effect such as gravity, inertia force, collision, electrostatic adsorption and filtration.
